The Tune Trapper Antenna is a full 1/2 wave helical dipole antenna and each one is Hand Made in the USA with the highest quality components. Cable is 95% copper braid shielded to eliminate EMI noise. All connections are soldered. The antenna is sealed in a unique flexible pvc housing that is both dirt and water resistant and will last a lifetime. Each antenna is Hand Tuned using special instruments to the FM frequency Band 87.5-108 MHz and individually tested to ensure crystal clear reception. The SRF-59 is lightweight, simple-to-use FM/AM stereo receiver. Weighing only 3 ounces (84 grams), this compact player is a perfect companion for the track, bike trail or work area. The FM antenna is part of the headphone cord, so you are sure to receive a strong signal. The AM antenna is a ferrite bar type. The local/distant switch will help you fine tune the reception.
